I'm Brie Oaks, PhD, an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I provide career coaching and life coaching for individuals seeking greater clarity, confidence, and direction in their personal and professional lives.
In addition to my coaching practice, I am a tenured professor, researcher, and mentor with more than a decade of experience helping individuals set ambitious goals, navigate complex decisions, overcome obstacles, and achieve meaningful success. Throughout my career, I have guided students, professionals, faculty members, and research teams through challenges involving career advancement, leadership development, productivity, work-life balance, and personal growth.
My coaching combines professional coach training with extensive real-world experience helping people move from uncertainty to action.
